A.M.P-Rose "Mini-flow" Pillow Wrap Machine

The CO-90/C Miniflow has been designed to meet the need for a high-speed miniature pillow pack machine for confectionery products.

Style of Wrap
Pillow pack with crimped end seals and longitudinal fin seal laid flat against the product base. The end seals can be serrated for easy opening (See optional extras)

Wrapping Materials
Heat seal coated cellulose film, polypropylene laminates.
Various heat seal and cold seal materials.
Max reel diameter 400mm.

All sizes outside this range should be referred to AMP-Rose.

Variable, by Inverter, to a maximum of l000 pieces/minute

Two pairs of heated long seam rollers plus third pair of cold rollers
One pair of fixed heaters (retract on machine stop)
Photocell for wrapper print registration
Sweet hopper with vibratory feed
Large diameter disc feeder with automatic sweet feed rate control

2nd wrapper reel mounting
Auto wrapper-splicing unit
Serrated end seals.
