View video of this machine here (13mb)	EXCELLENT WRAP QUALITY: - To achieve to high standard of wrap quality, the CWF series are equipped with an automatic longitudinal correction system, by means of photoelectric cell and a continuous wrapping material tension control. -The CWF series can also be fitted with a automatic lateral control system as well as a reel splicing option. -Pneumatically operated reel holders for quick changing of wrapping material. -Date and product code printers can be added on-site.
With a maximum output of 2000 pieces per minute, depending on the product, the new CWF series of horizontal flowrappers are the best solution for various fields, such as confectionery, food, pharmaceutical etc.	MINIMUM MAINTENANCE: -The CWF series are fitted with a newly designed transport system, this replaces the chain system and avoids any need for greasing. -Fast changeover is achieved due to the modular design of the feed system, folding box and the transversal sealing blades. -The four sealing rollers open automatically in case of stoppage, avoiding damage to the wrapping material.
SYNCHRONIZATION AND CONTROL: All movements are driven via brushless servo-motors and monitored by the latest generation electronic controls. These controls guarantee optimum synchronisation of the wrapping material at the highest speed in the market.	MODULAR DESIGN: The modular design of the CWF enables the feed system to be easily detachable from the sealing section, this gives the ability to wrap a variety of products on the same machine.
Touch screen display for the synchronization of all machine movements. Easy access independent operation board.			Individual pieces such as dragees, lollipops and hard candys.
Easy integration of the machine into customers intranet, and connection with Carugil via modem.	Difficult to handle products fed with a Pick and Place line.
