Specially designed to cool down a big production of extra large size lollipops.

Five extra large product trays with adjustable inclination and oscillation, designed to keep the lollipops rolling continuously, thus avoiding deformation.
Air circulation system which guarantees the continuous flow of air.
Fans placed on top of the first tray cool down the lollipop's surface, thus avoiding deformation and any chance that the lollipops can stick together.
Mechanical elements for oscillation protected from the dust by bellows.
Polyurethane enclosure panels which assure the thermal insulation of the tunnel.
Six large doors for easy access to the interior of the tunnel for cleaning.
Motorized conveyor belt integrated in the tunnel for extraction of the lollipops.
Optionally, the tunnel can be equipped with an intergrated air-conditioning unit to control the temperature and humidity.
