	MINIMUM MAINTENANCE The large wrapping head is equipped with 12 wrapping stations. These have a easy detachable system to facilitate cleaning and maintenance.
	EASY-OPENING WRAPPER'S Innovative sealing system of the wrapping material by means of hot air with PID temperature controls assures a perfect seal of every type of plastic material (even those with high memory) without melting it, therefore assuring consistently sealing and allowing easy-opening of each package.
FLEXIBILITY The feeding plate is specially designed to guarantee a high production rate, up to 800 pieces per minute. This allows operation with different formats within a wide range, without changing the feeding plate.	INTEGRAL CONTROL - Touch screen display for the synchronisation of all machine movements, display of alarms and storage in memory of different formats. - Easy integration of the machine in the company's intranet. - Communication with CARUGIL via modem.
HIGH SPEED The models CWL 600 and CWL 800 can reach high production rates, assuring the mechanic reliability and wrapping quality.	RELIABILITY Continuous system for monitoring and automatically adjusting the paper feed for any wear and tear of the feeding roller, to assure reliable operation of the machine. Options:- - Paper splicing unit to give continuous running. - Lateral displacement correction system.
	AUTOMATION In order to reduce labour and increase efficiency, the machine can be supplied with an automatic feeding and collating conveyor. A PLC controlled device for counting and depositing the wrapped lollipops in different locations, buckets or conveyors, and a motorised paper system to accommodate extra large diameter reels of wrapping material.
