The 'Blizzard' SUPER High Speed 2000

The 'Blizzard' has been designed to cut and wrap confectionery products as high speeds in pillow-pack style packaging using hot or cold seal wrapping materials.

Machine features

• Vibration-free, super-compact and easy to clean cantilevered construction
• Electronic drive system comprising of 4 brushless servo motors with a direct electronic axis; maximum operating precision, simple programming and on-line diagnostics with remote connection.
• End seal unit consisting of 2-4-6 crimpers per shaft made from a solid piece of material. Maximum mechanical machining tolerance and highest sealing resistance.
• Electronic print registration system for each pack.
• Loading belt with side pusher guiding system.
• Automatic reel splicing system 9PFM patent) to a maximum speed of 110 linear metres/minute.
• The system allows sealing to continue with the reels stopped without decreasing machine speed. The reel system comprises of;
  1. Twin reel holding shaft with brushless motorized expansion shafts
  2. Sealing unit that trims off excess material easily and precisely
  3. Compensating equalizer controlled electronically to compensate for the time that the film is stopped. Only one product is rejected without decreasing line productivity.
