The Pack'A'Snax  Multipack machine has been specifically designed for the snack food industry.

Robust construction, simple operation, quality engineering and ease of maintenance are all key features of the machine
design.

Machine Specification

• Three axis servo drive system; one drive for the machine infeed, one drive for the seam seal unit and one drive for
  the cross seal unit.

• Colour interface screen which is both intuitive and simple to use.

• Password protected engineering and machine performance pages

• Simple size change by selecting appropriate product program on interface screen

• Temperature controllers for seam seal and cross seal heaters

• Easy access for maintenance to drive system, electrical controls and pneumatics system in rear of machine

• Print registration system

• Fully interlocked guarding in accordance with current legislations

• In-line infeed system for hand-loading of individual snack packs (length to suit application)

• Side doors on infeed to allow easy access for cleaning and maintenance

• Special design of fold box are to suit multipack wrapping

• Seam seal unit wth three sets of sealing rollers - first pair cold, second and third heated and one pair of fin turnover
  rollers

• Pack tightness adjustment on first set of seam seal rollers

• Robust cross sealing unit which can be fitted with various sealing jaw designs

Optional Equipment

• Quickly detachable infeed: This feature enables the machine infeed to be quickly removed and replaced by a second
  infeed which is ready to run an alternative pack format.

• Packer tamping unit: This unit gently 'tamps' the products on the infeed prior to the products entering the wrapping
  machine

• Automatic material splicing unit with second reel holder.

• No-gap No-seal feature: This feature inhibits the cross seal jaws in the event of a primary pack in the seal area and
  so a 'double' pack is wrapped. The 'double' pack can be opened by operators and the primary packs fed back into
  the machine.

• No-product No-Pack feature: The feature inhibits the seam seal and cross seal jaws in the event of an empty infeed pocket.

• Automatic seam seal release: with this option the heated seam seal rollers automatically open when the machine stops.

• Transverse pattern cross seal jaws (Zig-zag)

• Special cross seal jaws to produce pack header with Euroslot or hanging hole.

• Serrated cut cross-seal knife

• Coding system.
